The firm was incorporated by a group of partners including Karen Cook, Lee Polisano, David Leventhal and Ron Bakker, who have been in partnership for over 3 decades.

Although the practice draw from plenty of rich history and experience of working together on projects globally, they have embraced a culture of a young start-up. They value creativity and innovation as they push to test limits to churn out intelligent and groundbreaking designs through a commitment to bring about social, economic and environmental ideals.
